Itâs called Black Girls Run and we meet in the mornings at 5am or there are other groups that meet in the evening, as well. You can look up all the schedules. Are you thinking about coming out to run?
Me: Well that depends, do you have to be a black girl to run with them? What about a half-black girl? I donât want to mess up any photo ops, lol!
Angie: Of course you can come even if youâre not completely black! That part is more about the solidarity of encouraging women of color to become healthier and more active. Just come out and see if you like it!
